UNESCO JAPANESE LANGUAGE CLASSES <2006 spring term>

The Meguro UNESCO Association carries out various activities in order to foster mutual understanding and friendship among people in the world. gThe UNESCO JAPANESE LANGUAGE CLASSh is one of such activities, which is aiming at not only helping foreigners learn Japanese language, but also providing all those living, working or studying in Meguro City with opportunities to mutually understand and respect their respective culture, since the world peace can be realized only by international understanding and co-operation, as stipulated in the Constitution of UNESCO. B

  • ( Classes are not held on public holidays )

  • Instructor Meguro UNESCO Associationfs Japanese language instructors.
  • Participants@Foreigner , over 16 years of age
  • Costs Tuition will be 7,000yen for class (1), and 3,700yen for class (2), and 3,700yen for class (3).@Textbooks cost extra.

VOLUNTEER:Campaign for Miswritten Postcard Contributions

The Meguro UNESCO Association is currently collecting miswritten postcards and unused postage stamps in order to fund the World Terakoya Movement. Our contributions will help offer "places of learning" to children with no access to school or adults suffering from illiteracy.
